Hi Leony,
Just a quick response about our holiday... UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME!!!!
We had such a wonderful trip. We stayed at the Maasai Mara just the two of us, and so spent the last 3 days with Canadians. What we experienced is indescribable. We truly were lucky birds. We saw all the animals, and in a unique way too. The guides were very professional, experienced, and engaged. The food was superb. Yes, we really enjoyed the primitive little life we led, and my friend was absolutely thrilled too.
Thank you,
H.

Dear Leonie,
After you've put so much effort into planning a good trip, you're naturally also curious about feedback. I'd be happy to give you some.
in short, albeit...
Flight, passage to Somerset West, excellent!
Rooms Somerset West fantastic, swimming pool etc. Also the information about what you can do in the surrounding area within a day, for example.
Oudshoorn Rose Leigh, a real men's household, although upon arrival there was a lady who gave us all the necessary information. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay, perhaps a little dated. The men were nice, but you mustn't dislike dogs as they have about four running around loose.
Addo: Fantastic! Celebrated New Year's Eve wonderfully, they weren't stingy with the food or wine, plenty of champagne, and all for a fixed price of 40 euros. Above and beyond expectations.
Game drives didn't disappoint either.
Port Elizabeth… I remember you booked us two days at the Windermere and I thought that was too long in PE, but what a shame… to only be there for one day in such a hotel. In a word, TOP CLASS, reception, food, staff, decor, big rooms.
Knysna….Bradach Manor, naturally the most beautiful hotel in terms of location with fantastic views. The children had rather dull rooms but were allowed by Piet Hein to move to an annex 50 metres behind BM that wasn't quite finished yet…….but that was top-notch. Our rooms, although situated at the front, were old and small. So, book future customers into the new building, as the view is even better.
All over Oudshoorn, PE and Knysna, only in the best restaurants, price-quality TOP!
In short, we are satisfied customers and have lovely memories and many beautiful photos, thanks again
Best wishes, Hans
Good morning Leony,
I've immediately put pen to paper to let you know that we had an unforgettable, excellent trip.
It was truly wonderful. Everything was perfectly organised, all reservations, travel, etc. went smoothly, our compliments!
What a beautiful country and lovely people. We enjoyed ourselves. For me, a country to definitely return to, Botswana in particular made a great impression.
I will definitely recommend you to our friends and acquaintances, as I know that many people have South Africa/Africa on their wish list.
Best wishes

Hi Leony!
Well, our South Africa trip has come to an end! We had a wonderful tour. The accommodation, flights and rental car were all perfectly in order! We saw many beautiful things and the itinerary was also relaxed with 3 nights everywhere. In the end, our golfer only played golf in 2 places, but he thoroughly enjoyed it! Of course, the tented camp for the last 2 days was stunning!
The first night, you naturally won't sleep a wink because you hear all the animal sounds, but that's precisely the charm. Incidentally, a suitcase was stolen from one of the tents and a pair of trainers from another (these were the two tents furthest from the central bar). Fortunately, we were close by, so we still had everything. In Port Elizabeth, we ended up booking our accommodation ourselves. We stayed at the Kingfisher Guest House. Highly recommended if you need to accommodate
Absolutely beautiful, atmospherically decorated rooms with all the trimmings. The two owners are also very friendly. I took some extra brochures with me; shall I send them to you? They also gave me a portfolio of the Bed and Breakfast Collection – Benchmark of the Best 2006/2007. You probably have it yourself already, but if not, I'd be happy to send it with pleasure. Just let me know. Only at Heathrow on our return did we miss our connecting flight because our luggage took an age to arrive. But rebooking for the next flight went smoothly. Well, I'll leave it at that for now. If I know people who want to go to South Africa, I'll pass on your website to them!

Hello Leony,
A little over a week back from South Africa and Namibia. It was wonderful again, the stunning flower sea in the Northern Cape, the endlessness of the landscape in Namibia and, as a highlight, Etosha. The hotels were good, especially the last one, the Frans Indongo Lodge. Despite the fact that we missed our children and grandchildren, we all would have liked to have stayed another week.
The roads were perfectly navigable; we bought a map of Namibia that indicated all the petrol stations, and there were plenty of them. The Volkswagen Microbus was excellent. We had a flat tyre on the way, which we had repaired. When returning the car in Windhoek, they wanted to charge us for a new tyre, but a phone call to Avis in Cape Town was enough to resolve that issue too.
We enjoyed it so much that we want to go to Botswana and the Victoria Falls next year, during the same period or a little later. Again for three weeks. On behalf of all six of us, thank you very much, and you can start working for us again.
Kind regards
Rien van S.

Dear Leonie,
During the trip, we've had text messages from the newlyweds where possible. It's the ultimate trip of their lives and they find it wonderful and beyond words. The last message was from the dining car of Rovos Rail. They thought it was absolutely fantastic. You'll hear more from us when we are back in SSW and have some photos then.
Greetings from Trudie and Aad van H.
