(subject to change).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlights of the trip:<\/strong><br \/>\nVictoria Falls National Park \u2013 world wonder \u2013 adventure and activities, Lower Zambezi National Park \u2013 canoe excursions, South Luangwa \u2013 game walks and 4WD game drives in search of wildlife, Lake Malawi \u2013 snorkelling and beach, Bazaruto Islands \u2013 dhow cruise, Inhambane \u2013 beach and diving, Kruger National Park \u2013 game drives. Of course, during the trip, we will try to visit villages and make contact with the local people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transport<\/strong><br \/>\nTransport during the trip will be by special 10\/12-seater safari trucks and 4WD game viewing vehicles in Zambia. These offer comfortable travel and are excellent for game drives. Large sliding windows ensure everyone has a good view. Roof racks and a trailer are available for luggage and camping equipment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Travel \u2013 Cancellation Insurance<\/strong><br \/>\nTaking out travel insurance is mandatory. It is recommended to take out cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n<p>If the insurance policies are not taken out via AfrikaOnline, we kindly request you to provide the name of the insurer and the policy numbers for both insurances to AfrikaOnline by email as soon as possible and well before your departure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation <\/strong><br \/>\nFrom 12 years old, no maximum age. However, at least 1 adult must travel for every child under 18. During the trip, there will be walks that require a certain level of stamina.<\/p>\n<p>The walks are graded as easy to moderate and are always optional.<\/p>\n<p>For all camping trips, participation is requested in setting up the tented camp, preparing meals, and of course, helping with the washing up. Team spirit is part of the fun of travelling in a group.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overnight stays<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Camping:<\/strong> 14 nights at campsites in the National Parks or cities. The campsites are generally excellent with good facilities such as hot and cold showers, restaurants, washing machines, post office\/telephone booths, and a souvenir shop. Some campsites have a swimming pool.<\/p>\n<p>It might happen that during this trip, so-called \u201cwild campsites\u201d are used. While staying at these campsites, self-brought bush toilets and bush showers will be used, meaning simple facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The camping equipment; spacious and comfortable igloo tents of 2.2 x 2.2 x 1.5 metres that are easy to set up\/take down. The tents have \u201cbuilt-in\u201d mosquito nets. Furthermore, there are 5 cm thick mattresses and comfortable camping chairs with backrests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cotttages\/ Chalets<\/strong> 1 night at Chimwemwe Lodge in a double room with bathroom, 2 nights at Sailway Guesthouse (or equivalent) with en-suite bathroom in Vilanculos, 2 nights at Bayview Lodge (or equivalent) with en-suite bathroom in Inhambane and 1 night at Makuwa Safari Lodge in a double room with an en-suite bathroom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meals:<\/strong><br \/>\nDuring the trip, good and healthy meals will be prepared using predominantly local products. To give you an idea of what the meals will be like: breakfast will consist of cornflakes with milk, toast with jam, and occasionally a full English breakfast with eggs and bacon, fruit juice, coffee, and tea.<\/p>\n<p>Lunch will mostly consist of cheese, cold cuts, salads and bread (picnic style). Dinner will be the most elaborate with regular BBQs, stir-fries and the typically South African Potjiekos (an all-in-one pot dish, delicious!!!!) prepared over the campfire.<\/p>\n<p>If there are special dietary requirements (due to vegetarian preference and\/or allergies), please state them when booking the trip so that they can be taken into account in advance.<\/p>\n<p>Coffee and tea will also be served during dinner. Other drinks are not included and will need to be purchased separately. During this trip, 21 breakfasts, 19 lunches, and 16 dinners are included in the tour price, which are often prepared by the guides and eaten around the campfire.<\/p>\n<p>In Petauke, breakfast is provided by the lodge, and dinner on the final evening is also provided by the lodge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Medical conditions: <\/strong><br \/>\nAnyone in good health may participate in this trip.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luggage \/ Travel Bag<\/strong><br \/>\nTravel bag (due to limited space in the car, we recommend bringing luggage in a travel bag or backpack) with a maximum of 20 kg per
